This policy describes how Gorilla Troop LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information on troop.games (the player site) and when you write us about gorillatroop.studio. It covers this marketing site. A game that ships later may add its own notice in-app or on the store listing.

Who we are

Gorilla Troop LLC operates TROOP. We are part of Gorilla Portfolio, alongside Gorilla Tech Advisors, Gorilla Channel, and Gorilla Apex. This site does not collect account sign-ins or payment details.

Information we collect

• You send us: name and email, plus whatever you write, when you contact hello@, support@, or privacy@gorillatroop.games.
• Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) used to run and protect the site.
• We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or account profiles on troop.games.

How we use it

• Answer support and launch-notification mail
• Keep the site up, secure, and honest
• Meet legal duties

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sharing

We may use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect players, the troop, or the public. We do not sell personal information as California law defines a sale.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@gorillatroop.games. We will verify you with the email you used to contact us. You may use an authorized agent; we may still need to verify you directly. You may also email us to ask about information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing, as allowed by California’s Shine the Light law — we do not do that today.

Do Not Track

The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not run third-party ad tracking on these pages.

Children

This marketing site is a general audience page. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through troop.games. If you believe we have, write privacy@gorillatroop.games and we will delete it.

Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site. Email you send us is kept as long as the conversation and ordinary records require.
